In Sedona (where our products were born) I am blessed to have had the opportunity to help hundreds of people experience the powerful energy and unfathomable beauty of these sacred lands.
Those journeys onto the Red Rocks always involve a serenade or two from my Native American Flute. I have noticed this practice helps my friends and clients leave their busy minds behind. The soft and ancient sounds helps them sink deeper into the infinite stillness and peace pervading this enchanted landscape.
Several years ago I recorded this song and I'd like to share it with you. Carve out a few minutes to yourself—close your eyes, take some deep breaths, spritz yourself with your favorite smudge spray or light a stick of palo santo. Listen with your whole body and see if you can feel the meaning beneath the waves of sound.
