JUNIPERMIST SHIPPING RETURN POLICY

If there’s something about our products that aren’t meeting your standards please let us know, we truly want to hear from you so we can make your experience better.
We do our best to ship your order within 24 hours during our regular business hours. Shipping takes place Monday - Friday from 9 am to 3 pm Mountain Time. If you place an order on Friday after 12 pm Mountain Time, your order will ship Monday. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship on Monday as well.
- Upon your order arriving, you have 30 days to initiate a return or refund. If JUNIPERMIST is not contacted within 30 days of you receiving your order, a return or refund will not be approved.
- In order to initiate your return, customers must email email@example.com or call (928) 485-1840. We reserve the right to deny refunds to the sender without prior return approval.
- In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we accept returns on any item that is not to your standards.
- If you are unsatisfied with the scent of one of our products, we want you to enjoy your experience! Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (928) 485-1840 and we will be happy to send a replacement of something you might like better.
- To return your product for refund, we will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the return.
- We will provide the necessary shipping label for the item being returned.
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Any returned item must be in its original condition.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to our credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
