Remember What Is Important In Day To Day Life

Our most recent conscious conversation is about remembering what is is important in your day to day life.

There are many times that you may find yourself on auto pilot. This is usually because of the chaotic energy of the world. You may be living your life in a reactionary mode. Are you focusing on the bigger picture? Are you focusing on the forces that need to take place in order for you to grow? Try to focus on what is important to you, more often.

Checking out is easy to do. We find ourselves checking out of being present without remembering to stay focused. Take time for the things that are important. If you feel yourself steering away, redirect yourself. This is easy to say, but how can you really put this into action?

We have come up with a three part practice to help you stay focused on what is most important.

Start by really thinking about what is most important to you in your life, on a larger scale. This could be your spiritual practice or maybe your family. What is making you feel excited about life and how are you going to start putting more time into it? Making sure that you know the answer to this is how you can implement the next steps.

Every day, start thinking about what you can do to focus on your most important values. Feed your energy, focus and intentions into this important part of your life. This is the fuel that will help you stay on track.

The next level, in terms of focus, is remembering what is most important moment to moment. A joyful life is not made by practicing important life choices every now and then. These choices have to be made more often in order for your life to improve. You make so many decisions in one single day. Remembering what is most important more often, will make a huge impact in your daily life.

How can you remind yourself to stay focused? Try leaving sticky notes around your work or setting an hourly alarm.

When you are reminded, ground yourself. Take a deep breath and step back from what you were about to react to. Then decide if the situation is serving you or not. Is it honoring your core values of what is most important in your life? Make sure to ask yourself these important questions.

If you do not have this focus in your life, you may be pulled you away from what is most important. Act now and let us know how this has changed your life!
